Matthew B. Williams
Administrator
Matthew Blake Williams is the Administrator for the Partnership, providing support to the Executive Director and managing operations, communications, human resources, and special projects including a park-wide membership initiative and activities related to the 2015 Centennial Celebration. Prior to joining BPCP in August 2011, he was the program manager at LEAD San Diego for three years.
Matthew serves on the steering committee for Rising Arts Leaders, a program of the San Diego Foundation designed to equip and develop nonprofit arts administrators in their early career through professional development services. He also volunteers with San Diego Writers, Ink. He has also served San Diego LGBT Pride as a member of its Leadership & Development Committee and past chair of its Alumni Series.
Born in Asheville, North Carolina, Matthew studied English at King College in Tennessee and has lived in San Diego since 2006. He resides in North Park with an excitable border collie named Winslow and enjoys his own version of the 3 "R's" - reading, writing, and running.
